Data Sharing Opt-Out

The museum does not sell personal data and does not pass it on for advertising. You nonetheless have the right at any time to require that processing of your data stop for any purpose other than performing the contract and meeting accounting requirements.

What can be switched off. The newsletter, event invitations, anonymous site analytics, and retention of order history beyond the mandatory period.

What cannot. Data needed to issue a ticket you have already paid for, and accounting records the museum is legally required to keep for five years.

How it works. Fill in the form below. We will confirm receipt to the address you give and process the request within thirty days. Every request is registered in a log with the handler and the outcome — a requirement of 152-FZ, GDPR and PIPL alike.
